Our new Market Street location is surrounded by charm and a rich history.

WGL Energy Services (WGL Energy) recently opened a regional sales office on Market Street in Center City Philadelphia.

WGL Energy is a leading supplier of competitive electricity, natural gas, wind power and carbon reduction services to residential, small business and large commercial customers in the Mid-Atlantic. Our local presence in Philadelphia brings us closer to the customers in this market, and allows us to better serve them through a greater understanding of their unique needs.

Formerly known during the 18th century as High Street, Market Street is now known for its rich history. The street served as home to founding father Benjamin Franklin until his death in 1770. Famous landmarks such as the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and the National Constitution Center line this busy street.

Over the years, Market Street has continued to attract new developments and serve as the city’s main passageway for parades and marches. Market Street’s importance to Philadelphia’s economy, social life and charm have endured throughout its history and we’re proud to call our presence here our Philadelphia home.

If you’re planning a visit to our Philadelphia, office, you can find us at:
