Preserving Energy at Home

As we enter the warmer months, energy preservation becomes crucial. The onset of the new season creates the perfect opportunity for you to preserve energy right at home. Below are a few tips you can implement to regulate energy consumption throughout the season.

    • Prioritize using sunlight. Use your windows for lighting over switches during the day.
    • Utilize your bathroom fans. Bathroom fans omit heat and humidity, improving the comfort of your home.
    • Grilling outside. Cooking outside can help with reducing heat usage indoors.

In implementing these tips at home, you can lower your energy usage and reduce your environmental impact during the upcoming warmer months. Visit WGL Energy to check out our other environmental-friendly energy solutions.
